This policy describes how Pelkan Cellar, the Android application published by PELKAN TOV (DUNS 686068709), handles the entries you make as you log batches, tasting notes and calculator inputs. 1. Who runs the app

2. What stays on your device

Pelkan Cellar keeps every entry you make on the device on which the app runs. This includes the batch records you create in the FEFO rotation list (item name, batch date, shelf-life weeks, lot weight, optional purchase price, aisle), the tasting notes you log against those batches (one-to-five score, free-text comment, day-stamp), and the values you type into the yield and unit-conversion calculators. All of this is held in Android SharedPreferences in the app's private sandbox and remains on the device.

3. The on-device principle

Pelkan Cellar treats the cellar log as a private kitchen book. The app operates without an account, without a sign-in screen and without a server back-end of its own. Your batch entries, tasting notes and calculator inputs stay inside the app's private storage on your Android device, and the app reads them back from that same storage when you re-open it. The app retains only what you type, in the form you typed it, on the device you typed it on.

4. Third-party SDKs we ship

Pelkan Cellar ships with two third-party software components, both supplied by Google as part of the Android platform:

• Google Play Services. The app links the standard Google Play Services client library, which Google uses to deliver Play-platform-level integrity signals and crash diagnostics for apps installed from the Play Store. The integration is the default Android one — the app makes no custom analytics calls into Google Play Services.
• Google Fonts. The app uses the Cormorant Garamond and Inter typefaces from the Google Fonts library. The font files are bundled inside the APK at build time and are read locally — the app reads its typefaces from the application package.

5. Advertising posture

Pelkan Cellar runs as an advertising-free utility. The app integrates no advertising SDK, shows no in-app advertisement and reads no advertising identifier. The app's job is to show you the rotation order of the cellar you yourself logged.

6. Permissions the app declares

Pelkan Cellar declares only the standard permissions of a vanilla Flutter Android app. The network permission is present so that Google Play Services can perform its platform-level integrity and diagnostics work as described in section 4. The app itself makes no custom network calls during normal use and operates fully offline once installed.

7. Audience

Pelkan Cellar is built for adult professional users — chefs, sous-chefs, stewards and cellar managers in restaurants, hotel kitchens and HoReCa operators. The app is not directed at children under thirteen and is not designed as a children's product.
